Raul is a licensed Architect in NY, NJ & Florida and registered as a NYC QEWI (Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector) with an extensive experience in high rise building envelopes, design, and restoration. Raul leads our Exterior architecture team specializing in restoration of high-rise buildings. He also offers consulting for six NYC based architecture & engineering firms. With a background in Industrial and civil Engineering, Raul brings the technical knowledge to respond to the exciting challenges of construction.​​​Raul’s passion for nature, lasting construction details and new technologies allow our teams to provide energy & cost-efficient designs that inspire and achieve longevity for years to come.

Hannah splits her time leading our Building Analytics team bringing a scientific and technologically advanced approach to all our projects. When she’s not in the depths of a point cloud or Building Information Model, you will find her guiding our Interior architecture team Specializing in high end residential projects, but with a love for commercial and office interiors. Having grown up in a family of Artists, Engineers, and Architects, Hannah brings a breadth of experience to serve our Design clients. From her days sanding corners off sharp cabinets for her parents contracting company, Hannah has always been drawn to quality design and the attention to detail required to accomplish great works. Hannah works closely with our clients to make sure they live and work in spaces they will thrive in.

Meet Luz, our Operations Manager based in Peru, who brings over 17 years of experience in the banking and finance sector to our team.  Luz holds an MBA and has built her career around working with dynamic, multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. She plays a key role in streamlining internal operations, optimizing team workflows, and supporting strategic growth. Passionate about fostering a positive and productive workplace culture, Luz is deeply committed to empowering our team in Peru and helping each member thrive. Her experience and collaborative spirit make her an essential part of our mission to deliver purposeful, high-quality architecture across borders.

Jodi-Ann joined the M + S team as a Sales and Operations Associate, bringing with her over nine years of experience in Operations Management. Originally trained as a geologist, she began her career in Jamaica, where she spent five years in the Telecommunications sector working on Cell Towers and Fiber Optic systems developing a strong foundation in technical project coordination and field operations. After relocating to the United States, Jodi-Ann transitioned into the construction industry, gaining hands on experience across a range of trades over the course of three years. Her versatile background also includes marketing, sales, and managing large team skills that make her an asset in both client-facing and operational roles.

Giuliana is a Licensed Architect in Peru and leads our Lima office with skill and dedication. She brings a strong background in both architectural design and construction practices.
Giuliana also serves as our documentation lead, ensuring accuracy and clarity in every project. She spearheads the transformation of laser scan data into detailed 3D BIM models.
Her work forms the digital backbone of our restoration and renovation efforts. Beyond modeling, she creates comprehensive repair documents and technical diagrams.
Her visual communications are essential tools for owners, consultants, and contractors alike. Giuliana’s precision and leadership are central to delivering our work with purpose and impact.

Luis joined our M+S Peru team as a Project Associate specializing in Building Information Modeling. He brings valuable experience as a former on-site construction project manager.
Eager to grow, he is now focused on mastering the front-end architectural documentation process. Luis supports all projects by translating point cloud data into detailed Revit models.
He carries these models through the design phase and into Construction Documents. His work continues through the creation of precise as-built documentation. These materials are essential for guiding property owners and managers in long-term maintenance. Luis’s transition reflects his commitment to learning, growth, and integrated project delivery.

Angie joined M+S Perú as a Project Associate with a background in interior design. She brings strong technical expertise in Revit BIM modeling and architectural documentation.
Since joining the team, she has focused on crafting detailed and accurate Revit models. Her contributions include residential design documentation and intricate architectural detailing.
Angie’s precision and creativity are evident in every phase of her work. She collaborates closely with team members to ensure consistency and high-quality results.
Her thoughtful approach and design sensibility make her an invaluable asset to M+S Perú. Angie continues to grow her skills while delivering excellence across all project phases.

Jonatan began his architecture career in Spain with a luxury interior design studio. There, he focused on graphic documentation and supervised technical teams. Six years ago, he relocated to New York and shifted toward exterior restoration. His work has emphasized building envelope evaluation and façade restoration strategies. As a Project Manager and Rope Access Technician Inspector, he led numerous NYC projects. Jonatan brings hands-on experience and deep technical knowledge to every assignment. He joined Mayta + Sebastian, excited to grow within a collaborative environment. Jony continues to expand his expertise in restoration and architectural detailing.

Shivani Rajwade was born in Pune, India, and moved to the U.S. in 2021. She completed her Master of Science in Historic Preservation at Columbia University. With a deep fascination for heritage buildings, she brings passion and purpose to her work. Shivani is dedicated to safeguarding the stories and cultural value of historic sites. She joined the M+S team as a Project Associate supporting façade restoration efforts. In her role, she assists Project Managers and Principals on projects across New York City. Her academic background and enthusiasm for preservation enrich every project she supports. Shivani is excited to contribute to meaningful work that honors architectural heritage.

Evan joined the M+S team as an intern, quickly becoming a valuable contributor. Now a Project Associate, he supports Project Managers and Principals across multiple tasks.
His role focuses on project coordination and maintaining efficient communication. Evan helps ensure smooth workflows and timely progress on all active projects.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from City Tech. His education provided a strong foundation in construction methods and technical skills.
Evan is eager to apply his knowledge in a real-world architectural setting. He looks forward to growing with the M+S team and advancing in the field.

David Lee Bermudez holds a Bachelor of Architecture from The Cooper Union’s Irwin S. Chanin School. He brings a multidisciplinary background in design, digital fabrication, and fine woodworking. His experience includes crafting high-end wooden furniture with precision and artistry. David believes that beautiful design emerges from thoughtful, intelligent construction. He views the act of drawing as the foundation of every well-executed built work. For him, a sketch is not just a concept, but the first act of construction itself. His design approach blends conceptual rigor with material sensitivity and craft. David brings this philosophy to each project, from first line to final detail.

Mariel is a graduate of Architecture from Barnard College, Columbia University. She brings solid experience in architectural design and project development. Her technical skills include proficiency in Rhino, Revit, Grasshopper, and visual editing tools. Mariel is passionate about deepening her expertise in architectural restoration. As a Teaching Assistant, she supported student learning and academic growth. She demonstrates strong leadership and teamwork across all her professional pursuits. Mariel actively engages in initiatives that enhance collaboration and communication. Her drive, creativity, and dedication make her a valuable asset to the M+S team.

Wilmer is a dedicated and team-oriented Civil Engineer with a strong focus on façade restoration.
He brings extensive experience in building envelope inspections and construction management.
His work reflects a commitment to precision, safety, and long-term performance. Wilmer excels at problem-solving and navigating complex project challenges with clarity. He is passionate about contributing his engineering expertise to dynamic, collaborative teams. With a background in project coordination, he ensures timelines and quality standards are met. Madelin is a civil engineer with a strong passion for building restoration and preservation.
She holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering and brings a solid technical foundation to her work. Her experience includes field inspections, infrastructure project management, and regulatory coordination. Madelin is skilled in drafting technical specifications and overseeing on-site implementation. She excels at identifying and prioritizing solutions during field conditions with precision and focus. Her attention to detail ensures the integrity and longevity of the structures she helps preserve. Madelin’s dedication to restoration aligns seamlessly with the mission and values of M+S. Gerardo J. Barba, P.E., is a structural project engineer with over six years of experience. He specializes in complex structural design and analysis for telecommunication structures.
Gerardo has worked on towers, building modifications, and utility structures using 3D modeling tools. He is skilled in structural analysis, compliance assessment, and detailed design reporting. His role often includes training staff and optimizing deliverables under tight deadlines. Gerardo also conducts on-site inspections to ensure design accuracy and structural integrity. Known for his problem-solving abilities, he consistently delivers high-quality engineering solutions. His expertise makes him a key contributor in both structural and production management.
