As General Contractor and design collaborator with Rick Penza Architects, M+S/Sebastian Design led the renovation and addition of this Palma Ceia residence. The home now features a private theater, a serene yoga studio, and a custom 10,000-bottle wine cellar. Our team also handcrafted the stairwell, walk-in master closets, and extensive custom woodwork throughout. This project exemplifies our integrated approach—where design vision and fabrication expertise come together to deliver truly exceptional spaces.
