M+S led the full interior renovation of this three-level building, reconfiguring it to accommodate three independent rental units. Work included structural modifications to close the stair opening to the basement, complete upgrades to kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, and the design of a new metal-framed terrace for the second-floor unit. This project reflects a thoughtful approach to multi-unit living, maximizing interior function while providing private outdoor space.
