M+S was engaged to manage façade restoration at a six-story building in Hudson Heights, Manhattan. The terracotta juliette balconies showed cracks and shifts. Our inspection and demolition uncovered deeper structural issues, prompting a thorough restoration program.

M+S worked with the GC, engineer, and manufacturer to recreate juliette balconies deemed Unsafe. GFRC was used to replace terracotta elements, including brackets and balusters. Our team supervised every stage of GFRC mold making, shop fabrication, and on-site installation.
